PHYSICAL THERAPY MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Something Different Is Now Available to Our Team.

PPTG has partnered with Rehab Code to bring year-round clinical mentorship directly to our physical therapists, including monthly case-based sessions and quarterly onsite mentorship days.

Jess Elis joins PPTG as Clinical Excellence Advisor, bringing a mentorship approach refined across more than 100 clinicians directly into our practice. Through monthly Clinical Rounds, quarterly onsite mentorship days, and ongoing clinical development resources, Jess works directly with our PTs to sharpen their reasoning, tackle their hardest cases, and keep growing throughout their careers.

PT CAREER DEVELOPMENT & BENEFITS

What Our Clinicians Have Access To

12 Monthly Clinical Rounds

90-minute, case-driven sessions held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 11:30 AM on Teams. Clinicians submit questions in advance. Jess leads the discussion in real time. No lectures, no slides. Just clinical reasoning applied to your actual patients.

4 Quarterly Onsite Days

Jess joins the PPTG team in clinic, shoulder to shoulder. Onsite days are built around hands-on mentorship,
case observation, and direct clinical feedback. The kind of development that only happens in person.

THE FUTURE OF PPTG CLINICIANS

What We're Building Together

Give every PPTG clinician a dedicated space to bring their hardest cases and work through them with someone who has done it at the highest level.

Build a culture of clinical reasoning where asking hard questions and challenging assumptions is the norm, not the exception.

Develop clinicians who don't just follow protocols but understand why and can adapt when the patient in front of them doesn't fit the textbook.

Create a pipeline of mentorship that compounds over time. The team in year three should look dramatically different from the team in year one.
