MEMORABLE PATIENT SUCCESSES

SUCCESS STORIES

If you are struggling with making progress in your rehab, I would love the opportunity to help you discover your limitations, find a different/new approach, and restore/exceed your pre-injury function.

Youth track athlete

Bilateral hip arthroscopy due to FAI, wasn't making progress at previous rehab, worked on restoring hip mobility and programming and strength/plyometric program, returned to track, basketball, flag football, spike ball.

Youth rowing athlete

Knee pain that took her out for a good chunk of the season, worked on movement mechanics/functional assessment of technique for sport and strength training, got back to competitive rowing, times/splits were faster than pre injury, has started strength training and prehab on their own.
